Greave
Greave Clough is a very spacious home located at the foot of the Pennines on a small family orientated residential estate.
The home is registered for three young people of either gender and is an ideal placement for young people with challenging and complex behaviours but who are able to adjust to family sized group living and enjoy the benefits of a small dedicated staff team and high staff ratio’s. The home is ideal for young people who experience emotional and behavioural difficulties and who may have suffered abuse and rejection in the past.
Greave has been recognised by Ofsted for providing a safe, stable, settled and nurturing environment which also supports every educational opportunity for young people in its care.
The home currently cares for young people who are very vulnerable but who also display very challenging behaviours and attachment issues with additional associated risks such as self-harming. The home is extremely successful in stabilising the most challenging young people to allow them to settle and have some longevity in placement.
